School Collaborator Letter of Support | UConn KIDS (Kids in Developmental Science)

Allows schools/preschools to acknowledge that they understand the terms of collaborating with UConn KIDS for research.

We express our interest in being contacted by UConn KIDS' research teams as new studies become available. We acknowledge that the researchers will explain the studies, the time commitments and the risks/benefits of each ofthe studies, before we agree to participate. We recognize that the required number of visits or incentives may vary by study.

We understand that researchers only work with children who have consent from parents and participation is completely voluntary; a school, or parent or child can choose to withdraw from a study or activity at any time. We do acknowledge that UConn KIDS researchers will conduct whatever necessary security protocols are required by our educational organization.

We confirm our understanding that children’s full names and/or identifying information are not made public and data collected from our organization may be provided to school representatives. We confirm we're comfortable with collaborating with UConn KIDS under these terms.
